Yoga and Pilates Classes At Core24
At Core24 Health Clubs many of our members are looking for a more holistic experience. At our Frankston Club we have a dedicated Mind, Body and Soul Studio where you can find your
inner self, gently stretch, strengthen, tone, relax and find peace, balance and calmness.
We run a great variety of classes 7 days a week including Yoga, Barre, Chi Ball and Meditation at convenient times to suit you.
Our Dedicated Yoga Studio is heated with FAR Infrared heat which provides a healthy environment that helps improve your breathing, blood circulation and body detoxification and increase fat loss and cellulite reduction. Some of our classes are hot yoga, with the heat turned up to around 35 Degrees Celsius to accelerate the benefits the infrared heat.
Whether you are just starting or an experienced student our instructors are dedicated to helping you find your balance in your mind, body and soul.
As a Core24 Health Club Member you can have unlimited access to our Yoga Studio and all the mind, body soul classes. We also run Yoga classes at our Mornington Club.
Yoga 101 - 55 mins Introduction to the fundamentals of Yoga, breathing and meditation. A great class for Yoga beginners.
Yoga - 55 mins Traditional yoga class combining all elements of yoga. This class is suited to everyone and will help to build strength and flexibility.
Vinyasa - 55 mins Deep breathing combined with gentle movement. Vinyasa is used for energising and purifying both the body and mind.
Yin Yoga - 55 mins Targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine through poses which are held for longer periods of time. Great for improving your flexibility and core stability.
Core Yoga - 55 mins Yoga class focusing on core strength using your total body.
Hatha Yoga - 55 mins Includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises, which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Barre - 55 mins Focus on form & posture alignment using the barre. isometric movements & stretching to create long lean muscles.
Pilates is one of our most popular exercise programs giving you a challenging total body workout improving your posture and helping you develop optimal core control, create flat abdominals,
and develop long lean muscles. If you are new to Pilates we have beginner classes to help you get started.
Pilates is also a great way to rehabilitate and get back into exercise after injury.
You have access to over 40 classes per week.
As a Core24 member you can attend as many classes as you like.
